Regional Victoria’s first coffee roaster.

Custom Coffees was first established in late 2000 as ‘Grata Gourmet Coffees’ at a time where there really was no option for cafes to large National roasters, and thus became the first coffee roasting company operating outside of Melbourne. Opened as a shop front in the Bendigo CBD, the market for our artisan wholesale roasted coffees blossomed so quickly. Click here to find out more.


In December 2013 in our small cafe, we added some potato skins to some local grains and watched as the wild yeasts of Bendigo developed. With the daily help of our baker taming the wild yeast, the good outweighed the bad and our unique desem starter was produced. This tamed desem starter is the base of all of our sourdough breads, and is where the wild flavours come from… We know fresh is best, so all of our breads are mixed, baked, packed and delivered to you on the same day. Kean's Free Range Eggs

At Kean’s Free Range Eggs we are a third generation family owned and operated farm. We have been producing and selling eggs since 1952 and we are highly committed to caring for our chickens and providing top quality free range eggs to our customers.

We are situated just outside of Bendigo in Central Victoria (about a two hour drive from Melbourne) in the quiet bush land of the Whipstick Forest. Our yards range from 2500 – 5500 birds per hectare, being well under the National Standard. This gives all our birds plenty of room to run, flap, scratch, dig and carry out their natural behavior. At Jonesys Dairy Fresh we want to make sure the farmer gets a fair price for his milk and consumers get a great tasting product at a good price. That way, not only are you getting a great product, Australian dairy farmers are getting a fair go.

Our farms are in Kerang in northern Victoria and Mt. Gambier in South Australia. They are owned and operated by the Somerville family, passionate and dedicated dairy farmers who currently milk around 1000 cows. Click here to find out more.
